Metco Engineering required a robust solution to fortify its workspace for the integration of a cutting-edge ‘Trumpf Tube Laser’ machine. Recognising the importance of a stable foundation for modern engineering, our team undertook a reinforcement project. We removed the existing concrete warehouse flooring and replaced it with a strengthened concrete slab; capable of withstanding the movements and weight of the Trumpf Tube Laser. 

Our scope included:

• Demolition and removal of existing concrete foundation 

• Excavated and removed the existing subgrade

• Steel reinforcing installation 

• Concrete reinstatement
